President & CEO
Derek A. Power is President and Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Interiors Since 2015.
Mr. Power brings over 15 years of interior construction experience to the Beacon Interior team, he has completed an array of high-end projects from residential to Commercial.
Mr. Power takes great pride in all aspects of each project from working closely with the estimating team at Beacon to interacting onsite with both his team and his clients.
Director of Operation
Born and raised in Manhattan, Eric Rodriguez is a carpenter by trade with 25 years in the construction business. He is Supervisor, Project Manager and Director of Operations for Beacon Interiors.
Mr. Rodriguez always had a passion for building and seeing projects through from drawings on a paper to a usable spaces. When He is not directing projects, he likes to spend time with his family, travel and building his own creations.
Karel is a civil engineer from the Philippines with more than 4 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Prior to joining the group in 2019, he worked for different projects in the Philippines, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates. Currently, he works as an estimator, and is working closely with the Director of Estimating and the President of the company.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2015 at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
Antoinette Kimble brings over 25 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting within the Architectural and Engineering fields. Her extensive experience includes managing all aspects of human resources to ensure all requirements are met as per the Department of Labor standards, hiring/screening, and payroll processes. She directly handles all financial matters such as client billing, accounts payable, and banking as well as maintaining up to date records of all company insurances. She works closely with Estimators and Project Managers to discuss contracts and purchase orders to allow for proper client billing. She prides herself on wearing many hats within the organization and has been known for her open door policy and having a great personal and business relationship with her colleagues, clients and friends.
Antoinette’s passion in life is staying grounded and always having positive attitude. Inclusive of a daily work schedule, she enjoys hanging out with her 2 daughters, continuing her love for dance and challenges herself with many crafting projects.
Jennifer Singh is from Raleigh, North Carolina with over 15 years of expertise as a Project Manager/Estimator for the drywall industry.
Prior to entering the field of construction, Jennifer had no experience and learned from the ground up. Further emphasizing how important construction is for building our community. She has a track record for successful completion of large residential projects through coordinating subcontractors, developing partnerships and building a rapport with clients and vendors while maintaining cost and quality.
One of her passions about the construction industry is the relationship she has built with her team, customers and colleagues. For fun, Jennifer loves spending time with her family, going to wineries, running and yoga.
